AI Drive - Manage your files and generations in BromeAI

1. Accessing AI Drive

To open your file space in BromeAI:

1. Click the Drive icon in the left sidebar.

2. You land on the AI Drive page, with the navigation column on the left and the file list in the center.

In the left column, you will see for example:

• Quick access

  • All files

  • Uploaded files

• Generated

  • Images

  • Videos

2. Understanding the AI Drive structure

2.1. Quick access

• All files
  Shows every file stored in your Drive.
  This includes both your uploads and AI-generated content.

• Uploaded files
  Filters only the files that you uploaded.
  Useful to quickly find your own documents, briefs, slides, etc.

2.2. AI-generated files

• Images
  Shows only images generated from the AI Image section.

• Videos
  Shows only videos generated from the AI Video section.

These categories make it easy to switch between your own files and content produced by BromeAI.

3. Browsing your files

In the main area, your files appear as cards.

Each card shows:

• the file name

• the file size

• a thumbnail when available, for example for images

Clicking a file lets you interact with it depending on its type, for example preview or download it.

4. Uploading files to AI Drive

AI Drive also acts as a storage space for any files you want to use with BromeAI.

To upload a file:

1. Click the Upload button at the top right.

2. Select one or more files from your computer.

3. When the upload finishes, the files appear in the All files view and under Uploaded files.

You can centralize:

• documents you want to analyse or summarize

• reference images

• any other supported resource you plan to use with BromeAI

5. Managing files: download and delete

When you hover over a file card, a context menu appears with several actions.

5.1. Download a file

• Choose Download in the file menu.

• The file is saved to your device in your usual downloads folder.

This works for both uploaded files and AI-generated content.

5.2. Delete a file

• Choose Delete in the context menu.

• After confirmation, the file is removed from your AI Drive and disappears from the list.

Deleting files helps you:

• clean up your workspace

• remove outdated or unused content

• keep your Drive organised

6. Working with filters and categories

By combining the filters in the left column with file actions, you can:

• see your full history with All files

• focus only on your uploads with Uploaded files

• quickly find a generated image via Images

• revisit or re-download your generated videos via Videos

AI Drive becomes your central library:

• to store resources used in your projects

• to easily find generations you want to reuse

• to download results and share them outside BromeAI

7. Summary

AI Drive in BromeAI allows you to:

1. centralize all files related to your work in the platform

2. find your AI-generated images and videos

3. upload new files with Upload

4. download or delete files when needed

It is the ideal place to organise your resources and keep control over everything you create or use with BromeAI.
