Personal space - Managing your BromeAI account

In this article, you will see how to use your BromeAI personal space: access your basic information, track your usage, manage account security, administer your subscription, and find your invoices.

1. Accessing your personal space

To open your personal space:

  1. Click your avatar at the bottom left of the interface.

  2. In the menu, choose Account.

  3. Then select one of the three sections:

    • Account

    • Security

    • Billing


2. Account – Basic information and usage

The Account tab contains:

  • your profile information

  • your current plan

  • your customer identifier

  • your monthly usage

  • editing your name and your email address

2.1. Basic account information

In the left-hand card, you will find:

  • your avatar

  • your full name

  • your email address

  • a badge showing your plan type (for example Plus)

  • the Member since date (sign-up date)

  • your Customer ID

What this is used for:

  • clearly identifying your account in BromeAI

  • linking your profile to your subscription and billing

  • communicating easily with support (we may ask for your Customer ID)

2.2. Tracking your usage (quotas and benefits)

The Usage – Monthly benefits usage card shows your usage for the current period:

  • Standard Messages

  • Premium Messages

  • Standard Images

  • Premium Images

  • Deep Researches (with the remaining count, e.g. 6 / 15 remaining and a percentage)

  • Video Credits (e.g. 868 / 1000 remaining)

Each item is marked Active when it is included in your plan.
Some benefits may be unlimited (symbol ∞), others have a monthly quota displayed as a progress gauge.

This allows you to:

  1. Quickly check how many Deep Researches you have left.

  2. Monitor your consumption of Video Credits.

  3. Know whether your messages or images are unlimited or not.

2.3. Changing your name

At the bottom of the Account tab, the Name section lets you change:

  • your full name, or

  • use a display name / nickname.

How it works:

  1. Enter the desired name in the field.

  2. Respect the indicated limit (32 characters maximum).

  3. Click Save.


2.4. Changing your email

To the right, the Email section controls the address used to log in:

  1. Enter the new email address in the field.

  2. Click Send to start the update (a confirmation email may be sent).

Your email address is used to:

  • log in to your account

  • receive important notifications (invoices, alerts, etc.)

  • recover access to your account if needed

3. Security – Linked accounts, sessions and account deletion

The Security tab centralises everything related to how you sign in to your account and how active sessions are managed.

3.1. Linked accounts (Google, Microsoft, GitHub)

In the Linked accounts section, you can connect BromeAI to third-party services:

  • Google

  • Microsoft

  • GitHub

For each service:

  • the Link button connects an account

  • the Unlink button disconnects it

Benefits of linked accounts:

  1. Sign in faster via Google, Microsoft or GitHub.

  2. Benefit from the security features of these providers (for example their two-factor authentication).


3.2. Active sessions

The Sessions section lists all sessions currently open with your account:

  • each entry shows the browser, operating system and device type

  • one entry is marked Current Session (the one you are using now)

For each session, you have buttons:

  • Revoke – close a session on a device you no longer use or do not recognise

  • Sign Out – end the current session from this screen

In practice:

  1. If you signed in on a shared computer, you can revoke that session remotely.

  2. If you see an unknown session, you can terminate it immediately to secure your account.


3.3. Deleting your account

At the bottom of the page, the Delete Account section provides a red Delete Account button.

  • This action permanently deletes your BromeAI account and all associated data.

  • A warning explains that this operation is irreversible.

Use this only if:

  • you no longer wish to use BromeAI, and

  • you accept losing access to your chats, billing history and settings.


4. Billing – Subscription, payment method and invoices

The Billing tab gathers everything related to your subscription and payments.

4.1. Current Subscription

The Current Subscription card shows:

  • your Plan (e.g. Plus) with status active

  • the Price (e.g. 24.90 €/month)

  • the Next billing date

  • the list of included Features, for example:

    • Standard Messages

    • Premium Messages

    • Standard Images

    • Premium Images

    • Deep Researches

    • Video Credits

    • Workflow Engine

    • Captcha Bypass

    • etc.

Two main buttons are available:

  1. Manage Billing

  2. Change Plan

Manage Billing

The Manage Billing button opens the Stripe billing portal linked to your account.
From this portal, you can typically:

  • update your billing information (address, company, VAT, etc.)

  • view a detailed history of your payments

  • update your payment method

  • cancel or resume your subscription, depending on the options provided by BromeAI

Change Plan

With the Change Plan button, you can:

  1. move to a higher plan if you need more resources

  2. move down to a lower plan if your needs decrease

The exact options depend on which plans are available when you view the page.


4.2. Payment Method

On the right, the Payment Method card shows the card currently in use:

  • card type (e.g. MASTERCARD)

  • partially masked number (e.g. β€’β€’β€’β€’ β€’β€’β€’β€’ β€’β€’β€’β€’ 4923)

  • card holder name (e.g. Tanguy JACOTOT)

  • expiry date (e.g. 04/26)

  • Update Payment Method button

Clicking Update Payment Method redirects you to the Stripe portal where you can:

  1. add a new card

  2. replace the existing card

  3. manage other supported payment methods


4.3. Recent Invoices

At the bottom of the tab, the Recent Invoices section contains:

  • the Invoice #

  • the amount (e.g. 24.90 €)

  • the status (e.g. paid when the invoice is paid)

  • a download icon to get each invoice in PDF format

You also have a View All Invoices button to access the full history.

This area allows you to:

  1. quickly find your invoices for accounting or expense reports

  2. check amounts and billing dates

  3. download supporting documents in just a few clicks


5. Summary – What you can do in your personal space

Your BromeAI personal space allows you to:

  1. Manage your basic information: name, email, plan type, Customer ID.

  2. Track your usage: messages, images, Deep Researches, video credits.

  3. Secure your account: link or unlink Google / Microsoft / GitHub accounts, manage active sessions, delete your account if needed.

  4. Administer your subscription: see your plan, change plans, manage billing via Stripe, update your payment method.

  5. Find your invoices: view history, download PDFs, check payments.

It is the central place to keep full control of your BromeAI account and adjust your subscription to your needs.
